Join dye expert Debbie Tomkies for an amazing day dyeing fabric with natural indigo and woad. If you’ve never tried indigo dyeing before you’ll be fascinated by this magical process!
Try your hand at dyeing fabric in our indigo vat, learn about resist, tie-dye (shibori) and overdyeing. You will create a stunning, hand-dyed scarf or tote bag to take home.

LIFE DRAWING DAY

In this class we will give more advanced artists the opportunity to complete longer poses.
Life drawing teaches you how to draw. We’ll show you how to lookm how to see and how to draw what you see not what you think you see. You will develop your own creative and expressive style of drawing.
Beginners are welcome, but we recommend a half day only, we will show you the fundamentals of how to construct a life drawing and how to use some of the techniques and materials that are associated with Life Drawing
We will have 2 models over the course of the day. I have booked both the models over lunchtime for some interesting interactive 2 model work.
